About:  ArtIsMobilUs is a mobile art gallery and roving arts incubator bringing art to  people everywhere while providing  platforms for exhibition, collaboration, creative interactivity, and arts education.  ArtIsMobilUs is the first mobile art incubator in the country.   We are a 36' rolling open-source multi-use creative platform for  arts educations, creative collaborations, community engagement, interactive art,  art zones, workshops, mini-conferences, mobile hackathons, community events, private events Since our inception, over 400,000 people saw the art on our exterior mural galleries, more than 20,000 people have been through our interior walk-through gallery, we have exhibited more than 95 artists, and engaged over 8,000 people in interactive art creation, We have collaborated with galleries and arts non-profits, and participated in upwards of 65 artwalks, art festivals, community events, and private art events combined. Initial Launch:  On March 2, 2012, we launched Artismobilus, bringing Public Art to people in the San Francisco Bay Area. Artismobilus 1.0 is a full size school bus that features and transports two 8’x24’ murals on the outside and a walk-through gallery. Two Individual Artists or Art Crews will be featured each month on the mobile mural gallery and one or two artists will be featured in the walk-through gallery. ArtIsMobilUs is a unique new venue for all types of artists to have the opportunity to reach new audiences . We are a rolling bridge bringing Public Art to people in new areas with inspired art of all kinds from street masters, to gallery wunderkind, to the undiscovered genius’s of today. Where, When, and Who: Visability  and connectivity for The arts and artists. and excitement, inspiration, and creative engagement for the public. High Visibility  in the Bay Area: The mobile gallery will be on exhibit roving around the Bay Area the first, second, third, and fourth weekend of each month plus special events. Every month 30,000-40,000 people will see the art on our outside galleries and here is how. On 1st Thursdays of Every month we will be in San Francisco for the SF ArtWalk.  Our Normal SF Route:  ArtIsMobilUs will be driving slowly around San Francisco’s Art Walk, the Museum District, Union Square, The Embarcadero, Fisherman’s Wharf, North Beach / Crissie Field, the Marina, Union St, Polk Street, Market St, Union Square, Howard St. ,Folsom St., Bay Bridge and stopping along the way. On First Fridays  every month we will be in Oakland for Oakland First Friday's and Art Murmur.  Our Normal Berkeley-Oakland Route: ArtIsMobilUs will be driving slowly  around Oakland’s Art Murmur, Up Telegraph to UC Berkeley, down University to San Pablo, down San Pablo to 55th, down Telegraph from 55th to Civic Center, Down Broadway to Old Oakland, Jack London Square, Lakeshore district,  Piedmont District, Rockridge District, back through West Oakland and  stopping along the way. Plus three additional weekends with the same full tours of San Francisco, Berkeley, and Oakland per month as well.
